A memorial service will be at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Watson Civic Center with a visitation from 2:00 p.m. until time of service. Jim Giffin will be officiating. Military Rites will be observed by Edgewood American Legion following the service. Memorials may go to Bailey Cemetery or the donor's choice.
