October 12, 2016

Peter, I am sorry it took so long. I will never forget your sense of humor, and the way your smile lit up the office, and your words of wisdom. God rest your soul.

peter,
Its aready years that I found your name on google while I was looking for my own surname. I was moved and couldnt believe what I read. I tried to find out how to get in contact with someone who knew you or your family but didn'T find. Now through this guest book may be its possible. Peter, we never met and as I see your picture with your sympatic smile, I feel very sorry for it.I think you would certainly have been curious to find out about the persons from germany who have the same surname as you. May be this guest book helps to find out, about the Feidelbergs. There are not too many Feidelbergs in the world!! my deapest regards to your family, Marianne ([email protected])

Peter...

I dreamed of you and your father last night. For some reason I thought he may have passed away just like my parents did this year. On the internet I found out I was right. Now you are with your parents and your wife in heaven. My condolences to your brother and the rest of your family.

Then I came across this book. It was nice to read it and learn more about you after all these years.

I loved your humour, your smile and the way you danced. I cried so much after 9-11 and I had nightmares for months. At your funeral, I was at least comforted to know you had found happiness with Meredith.

As you know, I have found my soulmate as well, but I will always love you. Say hi to my parents for me.

Pete,

I'm sure I am not the only one of your friends to hope I'm remembered as fondly as you are. We will always talk about you. You brought out the best in everyone you met.

Your friend always,

Remember meeting Peter for the first time when he was my brother Tim's 'little brother' in Theta Sigma. What an infectious laugh...

Petey, I will always remember the laughter we had, especially that day I reached out my arm without looking to embrace my girlfriend and found myself with my arm around you instead. We both shockedly turned to look at each other and slowly sidled away in awkward silence. We both burst out howling shortly there after from the absurdity of it all when I pointed my finger at my girlfriend and burst out "You Moved! Don't move again, never ever ever move again"

I miss ya Bro

Finky,

It's been mentioned a million times I'm sure, but what can I say. I hear that laugh in my mind and it always brings a smile. A couple of the old crew are getting together tonight and we'll certainly have a 'beverage' in your honor. God Bless.

Peter was a Theta Sigma Fraternity brother of mine at Concordia University. I'll never forget the great times we had together like mountain biking, going to movies and hanging at the "House". He never a negative thing to say about anyone. He offered his place in Hoboken to me to stay in as long as I wanted when I first moved to New York. I later returned the favour to him by bringing him to a Yankees/Mets game during the Subway series. I know that Pete always wanted to move out west. I was stuck in traffic on the GWB when 911 happened, the first thing I did was to try to give Pete a call on the cell phone, but of course the lines were all busy. Since that day I think about him just about everyday.

He will alway remain an important part of my life.

I never met Peter but I did speak to him a few years ago. You see we share a very uncommon last name and he performed an internet search to locate me. We talked just one time but we agreed that some day we would get together to try and figure out if and how we were related. Unfortunately that day never came. I am quite sorry we never met and particularly saddened at the way his life ended. From all I have read about him he seemed like a happy and fun loving person. 9-11 touched us all.

I went to high school with Peter (Bialik High School class of '84) and I will forever miss him. I know how saddened all his friends and classmates were at his passing. We will always remember his smiling face and easy going nature. Shalom chaver (goodbye friend).

I knew Peter while at University and I remember him as a smiley, happy, good natured soul. His fraternity and my sorority regularly partied together. I was shocked when I learned a few days after 9/11 that Peter worked with his wife at the WTC and that they were among the missing. This is to offer my deepest sympathy to the family members, friends and associates of both Peter and Meredith. Hopefully time has made their passing a little easier to bear. God bless you…..

I was Peter's best friend growing up in Montreal. I was a pall bearer at his mother's funeral. We lost touch and reconnected many times over the years. His friendship is a large part of the man I am today. Peter was a wonderful man. I feel tremendous grief on this 1st anniversary of his death that I will never have the opportunity to reconnect with him once again. His spirit lives in all who met him and I will try and do his memory proud.

It's a few days before the one year anniversary of 9/11 and I have just learned that Peter was in the building. When I say his picture in the paper, I got shivers all over my body. I knew Peter in University. He was always smiling and happy. The world has lost a truly bright ray of light. The horror of that day was bad enough when I only knew of people who lost relatives or friends, But I have personally lost a friend who I knew and admired. Peter, May god give you and your family peace... You da Man !!!

In memory of Peter Feidelberg

We did not know Peter, but my husband is the brother of Cam Sutton who works for Aon. I came across this on the internet and wanted to express our deepest sympathy. I have thought of all the lives lost that day and especially of the ones from my brother-in-laws office and it still hurts deeply. Our deepest deepest sympathy to the family.

Peter,I didn't know you well. I only spoke with you a few times at fraternity occasions. I think I administered the oath of brotherhood to you when you became a member of Theta Sigma. I do recall however your friendly and engaging manner. My thoughts & prayers are with your families. May the love & respect you & Meredith shared serve as an example to those who seek to divide us. Peter..

The most smilingest giggly impish angel - I can't tell you how much I miss you and your laugh...I want you to know that I hear you guys laughing in my ears all of the time..and that you take great delight in every speech I give..because I ended up having to use the Toastmaster experience way more, once again! (I'll never forget how you got out of the speech on you wedding party! Rascal)...

When I took the elevator that morning and right before you ran to the stairwell - I know you were saying goodbye to me..neither of us knew anyone would make it out that day...and I called and called you and Mer...and I still have a difficult time accepting that you're up there now, and not down here.. I have your initials along with Merideths and Colins, Mike A and Kirsten and Deb all in a long twisting vine tattoo ln my left arm (closest to my heart) and I take you with me...everywhere I go..

I miss you so much.

(you don't have to protect me anymore from you know who - or maybe you still are!)

Keep laughing.

Love,

laen

We are deeply sorry for your loss of Peter and Meredith. May their happiness, their lives and love continue living in those who love them. May the sorrow in your hearts be lightened by the golden memories of times you shared with them. Our hearts cry deeply with you.

America Cries

We see your sorrow-

and our hearts cry....

We can not erase your pain

but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-

-the American people-

are beside you.

We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,

the strength that gives you courage,

and the words to lighten your spirits.

And when we are left speechless

may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts

to ease your sorrow.

May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-

-the American people-

face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
