I'm so sorry to hear of Peter's passing. He and I share a passion for California history and I bought a few of his books. He will be missed.

My father, Irvin Bray , passed in 1978; I have been writing some of
my cowboy memories and came across Beyond the Pinnacles which Peter signed and gave to my mother 12-13-89; I brought to
memory a story of a cattle stampede when we were riding with
his father George. I was about 13 at the time! I'm almost sure
that I met Peter --a lot of great memories both below the Pinnacles and beyond! Thanks for the memories, God Bless
America and God bless and keep all of the family and friends.

I am saddened to hear of the loss of a very kind and wonderful man. My heart aches for all that love Peter. I was blessed with knowing Peter and the family through his sister Shirley, my second grade teacher. Rest In Peace kind man, our heavens have gained another angel
