Mr. Peter Edward Graham, the son of the late Hilton Graham, Sr. and the late Lena Graham was born April 5, 1948 in Chesterfield County. He died on Sunday, August 8, 2021.
He attended the Elementary and Middle Schools of Darlington County and was a proud graduate of Rosenwald High School Class of 1967, in Society Hill, South Carolina.
Peter an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and watched them faithfully. He also loved to go roller staking every week.
Peter joined Bethesda Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Micah Copeland, in Society Hill, South Carolina.
In 1967, Peter enlisted in the United States Armed Forces and was honorable discharged from the Army.
He was employed with the Department of Correction in Darlington, South Carolina and later retired from Darlington County.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hilton Graham, Sr. and Lena Graham; his wife, Flora Graham; six sisters, Charlena James, Learlean Benjamin, Susan Burns, Hattie Gaddy, Virginia Jackson, and Clara Burns; and one brother, Abram Graham.
Survivors include his children, Amelia Ulastirici of Clio, South Carolina, Teresa (Pete) Harris of Society Hill, South Carolina, Tabbytha Sharon Graham of Society Hill, South Carolina, Stacy Graham of Darlington, South Carolina, Tracy Graham of Darlington, South Carolina, Schadonna Graham of Florence, South Carolina, Joel (Grace) Miggalacio of Virginia, Salonda Walters of Hartsville, South Carolina, and Kaleb Penniston of Darlington, South Carolina; twenty-two grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; six siblings, Hilton (Benjane) Graham, Jr. of High Point, North Carolina, Fred (Louvenia) Graham of Society Hill, South Carolina, Leon Graham of Society Hill, South Carolina, Janice (Dennis) Johnson of High Point, North Carolina, Thomas Graham of Society Hill, South Carolina, and William Michael (Cynthia) Graham of Hartsville, South Carolina; a longtime friend, Italy “Bonnie” McKever of Florence, South Carolina; and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.
