Peter Clark Hahn Sr., age 76, of Washington, NJ, passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at St. Luke's Hospital, Warren Campus, located in Phillipsburg, NJ. Born April 17, 1947, in Palisades Park, NJ, Peter was the son of the late Theodore Hahn and the late Margaret (nee Clark) Hahn.
Peter graduated high school in 1965, he went on to work as a truck driver for most of his life. After retiring he worked as a maintenance mechanic in Phillipsburg, NJ. He married the love of his life, Felomena (known as Mary) Hahn on November 15, 1980. Together they raised a son, Peter Jr., who he adored.
Peter enjoyed spending time relaxing while fishing, car racing and watching his beloved NY Yankees. He also raised tropical fish as a hobby. Most of all Peter loved spending time with his family, especially his two granddaughters, Lizi and Charlotte, that he took great joy in.
Peter will be forever missed by his son, Peter Hahn Jr. and his wife Bela; grandchildren, Lizi Hahn and Charlotte Hahn; and his brother, Theodore Hahn.
Peter is predeceased by his beloved wife, Mary Hahn.
Family and friends are invited to visit with Peter's family, on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Knoll-DeVoe Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 142 West Washington Ave., Washington, NJ, 07882.
