Michael E Courtley
July 21, 2024
Pete was my older brother by 2 days. We lived in the same apartment complex on Dahlia street when he was in his internship. We played basketball a lot just a few blocks from where we lived and despite Pete being 2 inches taller than I he could never win and I used to raze him about it. Both Pete and Enid were some of the best people I've ever met and we lived in that complex for a couple years and then we went our separate ways as I was in the Air Force and an assignment came up. It saddened me to read about Pete's passing this morning in the Denver Post. I am sorry for your lose Enid and as I have a stone in place for my wife and I at Fairmount, I'll meet Pete again some day and we'll play another game of basketball. I might even let him win. God bless Mike Courtley - Retired Quality Engineering Manager, Northrop Grumman
