Visitation Monday 10:30 am at the Addolorata Villa Chapel, 555 McHenry Road, Wheeling followed by a Life Celebration Mass at 11:30 am. Interment All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines, IL. In lieu of flowers donations to the Addolorata Villa would be greatly appreciated. For funeral information please call Kolssak Funeral Home at 847-537-6600
