Gosh, 9 years since Pete died. We had our 50th class reunion the previous September and we all missed him. He couldn´t join us because he was so ill.
Pete and I were in Trigonometry together, along with Mike Perkins and Steve James. We would tell jokes in our corner and drive the teacher nuts for not paying attention; she would put problems on the board and call us up to solve them. She couldn´t catch us out, we always solved them. Pete was so smart and so funny!

I can't believe Pete died 5 years ago, it was such a blow. He and I sat next to each other in geometry and trig - and told jokes under our voices, much to the distress of our teachers. He was so smart and funny.

Steve,
I'm very sorry to hear about Peter. I too served in Vietnam and share his views about war.
Sincerely,

I AM FROM PENACOOK AND KNEW PETER'S MOM WELL AND IT HAS BEEN MANY YEARS SINCE HEARING THAT NAME. I THOUGHT THIS MIGHT BE OF SOME COMFORT SINCE I KNEW RUTH OLESKEY WHEN HER BOYS WERE SMALL. MY CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY

Pete was so smart and funny. I have fond memories of high school Senior Math, and driving our poor teacher nuts. We would whisper jokes to each other and she thought we weren't paying attention, so called us up to the board to solve problems. Pete, of course, would solve the problems immediately. He was ahead of the teacher. Pete always had a smile on his face. Life was fun.
