Peter G. Perez

With deep sorrow we announce the passing of Pete Perez, who left this world peacefully on Christmas Day at the age of 88.

Peter was a devoted family man who stepped into the role of stepfather with open arms and an open heart when he married his beloved wife, Delia. From the time her children were young, he embraced his family fully, taking on a package deal and providing unwavering love, care, and stability. He was a steady presence, a guiding force, and a man who always put family first.

A carpenter by trade, Pete was truly a jack of all trades. There was little he couldn't fix or build, and he never hesitated to help when asked. His strong work ethic, skilled hands, and generous spirit were matched only by his willingness to show up for those he loved.

Pete lived life to the fullest, always giving of himself and finding purpose in caring for others. He will be deeply missed, fondly remembered, and forever cherished by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Pete was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Delia, his son Pete Jr., his stepson Richard, and his two great-grandsons, both lovingly known as AJ. He is survived by his brother, Wally, his daughter Dora, her husband John; his grandsons, Dorian (wife Lena), Chris (wife Lindsay), Adrian (wife Jennifer); his grandchildren and great grandchildren; his nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
