Deacon Peter Henry Robinson

Deacon Peter Henry Robinson, 87, of the Capitola-Lloyd Community finished his earthly course on Monday, August 25, 2025. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 5, at Greater Elizabeth M.B. Church, with military burial in the Church Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Thursday at Greater Elizabeth. Deacon Robinson served in the U.S. Army from 1961-1963 and was a Heavy Equipment Mechanic for the City of Tallahassee. He owned an equipment repair shop. A lifelong member of Greater Elizabeth, he had served as Chairman of the Deacon's Ministry. He was an avid fisherman and a family man. Treasuring his love and legacy are his loving wife, Rosa Glover Robinson; doting daughter, Myra Robinson Harp; four caring sons: Vertice, Roderick, Rodney and Peter (Jeneka) Robinson; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
