So sorry today of your loss, your were the best Dr. I have been to.
I was a snow bird from Canada and you put implants in lower jaw,
And a wonderful man I could have had. He did a wonderful job
And so gentle, kind. And wonderful to me. I am 83 yrs and your care

I moved to Arizona in 2020. After an emergency dental situation, it was recommended I see Dr Spanganberg. At the consultation I knew I met the best oral surgeon. His compassion, patience, knowledge and caring nature out me at ease. His "bed side " manner was impeccable. I never felt rushed or that my concerns were irrelevant.
My deepest condolences to his loved ones. The world has lost an truly amazing person.
