I'm so sorry to hear of Phelps passing-May God Bless all his family & friends.

So sorry for your loss. We will miss and think about Phelps often...Our KARA Club will not be the same without him. God Bless!

Please accept our sympathies on the death of Phelps. Although we did not know him too well, we sure remember the Nascar races that we all attended with the old gang of The Central Virginia Mustang Club. We are truly sorry to lose such a club member as Phelps. We did not know him well, but we know that many of the other club members did, and we know that all of us are saddened by his loss to both our club and his family. Our sincerest condolences to all.
