Phil W. Tatum, Jr., age 93, of Anniston, MO, died Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, MO.

Born September 2, 1932, at Anniston, MO, to the late Phil William Tatum and Ethel A. Krauss Tatum, he had lived in Anniston his entire life and was employed in construction. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, having served in the Korean Conflict and a lifetime member of the V.F.W.

On August 12, 1959, he married Karen "Sissy" Ray, and she survives of the home.

Also surviving is his daughter, LaDonna (Jimmy) Reno and his son, Phillip Tatum both of Anniston; two grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; also, several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John Tatum and his sister, Mabel Tatum.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston where funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 12, 2025. Martin Lucas of East Prairie will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Anniston Cemetery under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston.

Pallbearers will be Steve Plunk, Clint Willis, Robert Evans, Johnny Tatum, Scott Riley and Larry Fredrick.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jim Blumenberg, Joe Garner and Jimmy Reno.
