Al,
So very sorry to hear of the loss of your dad. Phil was a fine man. I have many fond memories of him during our high school years. Today I am thinking of you and your family and extend deepest condolences to you all. Phil's memory will live on with our family as we look back to the time when we were neighbors on 19th St. My wife, Joan Wendt, extends her sympathies as well remembering that her parents were close friends with your mom and dad. Our hearts are with you at this difficult time.

Dear Al Eimerman Family & Friends,
We were so saddened to hear of your Father's passing. I/Ruth know what it is like to lose your father having lost mine only a few years ago now. I only share this - keep your happy memories in your heart and he will live on w you all. Share those stories you have of him with each other - it helps to heal. May you all come together and and cry, hug and yes even laugh. I smile every time I think of my brother's question when Dad had passed. Dad & Mom had gone down to a 'coffee clutch' at their Independent Living place and he passed at the table ... my brothers first question to me was "Do you think he got a bite of his donut?" - It may seem weird or inappropriate but it help ease the tension and anxiety we were all going thru at that moment. Now it is a family memory of laughter. Remember everyone grieves differently - so allow everyone to have their own pace and time to heal. I will never forget my Dad, but w time the heartache you feel does lessen ... and the good memories remain w you forever.
May God Bless you all in this difficult time,
Love Mike & Ruth Micklitz (Theresa's brother)
