Philip Evje Obituary
He went on to serve in the Army with the Army Band in Fort Collins, Colorado which gave him great joy. In addition to teaching music in schools he used his music to perform in a number of venues as well as serving as church organist for a number of years. He was a generous soul and loved buying flowers which he showered on family.
He is predeceased by his parents Morris and Frieda Evje of Minot, his sister Carolyn Evje and niece Laural Broom of Shreveport, LA as well as brother-in -law Gerald Barnes of St Paul,MN.
He is survived by his sister Valerie Evje of St Paul and nieces Jennifer Barnes of St Louis, MO and Lisa Bourque of Bossier City, LA.
