Phil and I worked together at NECP and I've known him for about 30 years. I absolutely adored this man! He was kind, thoughtful and a true gentleman. I always enjoyed our conversations. My condolences to his family. He never stopped talking about his wife, the love of his life. They are together again.

Although I haven't seen you in a while, I have so many memories of your kindness and great sense of humor. You were part of the reason that I found UCANE so welcoming. I hope someone told Sharon Stone about your passing as I sure she would want to come to remember you. Rest in peace "Uncle" Phil, you will be missed by many.

We are so sorry for your loss. Please know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers. Jay, you were a wonderful and devoted son and always spoke proudly of your father and family. May he rest in peace.
