Probably the first memory I have of Phil was of him climbing the sliding ladder at Levinsky´s to get a pair of Levi´s for me. He also sold me my favorite pair of Green Converse Chuck Taylor sneakers that I still have but are so old they only come out on St. Patrick´s Day.
I also saw Phil many days at the Lifeline Bodyshop where I was an instructor for many years. He always had a new joke to tell and many days he brought a bagel with lox and the works for me. He and Elizabeth were great people that always made my job more fun.
Condolences to the family and Rest in Peace my friend.
