Phil was the best neighbor you could ever ask for! He will be very much missed. When I look across the street & see his house, dark & empty, it makes me sad, knowing he will never be coming over to have a beer with me & Howard again. He always kept an eye on our house when we weren´t home. And Halloween night was always fun for lil get together chat. Truly a great person with a heart of gold. R. I.P, good friend!
