My condolences to Phil's family. I knew him the last two years of high school at Holy Cross and remember his kind and caring nature. He also played in a band at my wedding.

Phil and I were good friends at Holy Cross from grade school through high school. I remember just enjoying talking with him on the playground, at lunch and on the bus to and from school. He was one of the nicest people I have known. We went our own ways after high school and I lost contact. I joined the navy and then moved away. I last saw him in 1966. I haven t seen phil since the 60s when he played the organ at my dads skating rink. He was a very good friend. He took my sister to her prom. I bought his old 57 chevy. I still remember the good times at the beach house. My dad just passed on the 7 Oct he was 96 I m sure they met on their way to Heaven. May they both be at peace...
