Philip Lee Rothbart

My mother & I were just talking tonight & how there´s never been as good a doctor as Dr. Rothbart & we wished we could still have him to go to. Then out of curiosity we looked him up & found he passed. Our deepest condolences.
We moved to Delaware in 1972 & he was our first family doctor when he was on Faulk Road. We continued to see him until he went into law practice. He had the Wingels shadow him while they were training so we naturally went to them as our new doctors. They had the best example in Dr. Rothbart so it was a no brainer. We have missed him for years. He was very personable & down to earth man. Very strong man to do all he did in life.
