Phil was the best! He always shared his knowledge and was a straight shooter! I had tons of laughs with Phil and I always knew when you were supposed to listen and when to share your thoughts with him! It wasn´t always his way, he wanted ideas also! RIP my Friend. Thank you for being in my life.

Rest In Peace my Friend. Phil was a man I admired, respected and enjoyed being around for many years. I first me him at PBAPS, and worked with him for many years at the plant. He was my Son's 1st little league coach and the Blazers took the championship that year under Phil's and Joe's coaching. Phil and I shared l love for classic rock and music in general, Bruce, Bod Seger to name a couple. I will miss him, Liz and the family but will always hold a special place for him in my heart.
