Predeceased by his wife Laura (Rathbun) Terzo, father Philip "Cass" Terzo and sister-in-law Mary (Soehner) Terzo.
Survived by his mother Dolorita Terzo; sister Rosalee (Terzo) Alaniz and brother Joseph Terzo, plus a host of cherished nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Phil had a never-ending love for family, Yankees, fishing, and hunting.
In honor of Phil's wishes, no funeral or memorial service will be held.

Uncle Phil will always be remembered as a generous and exceptional human. He was so full of life and laughter, and had such a zest and child-like excitement when it came to the things he loved most. His family was everything to him, and him to us. We are all heartsick to lose him, and so suddenly..... He will watch over us all.... and likely chuck giant meteors down on us if we don't take perfect care of his Mother! All is in good hands Uncle Phil..... but nothing will be the same without you. God Speed.... we love you.
