Phillip was born on December 29, 1960 in East Liverpool, OH, the son of of the late Slade Brandle Sr. and Gertrude (Wright) Brandle. He was raised by his Aunt and Uncle from age on 10, Raymond and Betty Buckel
He is survived by two children, William Brandle and Kaley Brandle; His girlfriend, Sharon Breault, several grandchildren; siblings, Pete Brandle Jr., Louise Jessop, Tammy Buckel, and Pauline Riffle; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Phillip was preceded in death by one sister, Gretchen Brandie Smith
Friends and family will be received Wednesday Decemeber 3, 2025 from 5-7 p.m. at Stark Memorial.
