First, you'd hear Lolly gleefully barking in the distance, then I'd see Phil's white pickup coming down the road with Lolly hanging out the window. They were always the pair! Lolly with tail wagging and always wanting a belly rub, and Phil with a story to tell. He and I attended the same school and worked in building industry, so that was always something to talk about. He was a great neighbor, and is missed.

Phillip was one of a kind. Loved his stories and memories of his past. There was never a dull moment when you were around Phillip. Augusta, our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. John and I just learned of Phillip´s passing today. Sorry we missed the service. Here for you if you need a shoulder

I first meet Mr. Phillips at Bells landing, he became a friend very quickly. I feel I learned a lot from him and I will cherish my memories . I loved seeing him with his beloved dog Lolly. He will be greatly missed. Larry Vickery
