Phil was born February 15, 1962 in Atlanta, GA. While his original profession was in heating and air, he was a jack of all trades; and if he didn't know how to do something, he'd figure it out. He was a great friend, willing to go above and beyond to help out anyone who asked.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lifeline Animal Project.
The family will receive friends for a Celebration of Life at Flanigan Funeral Home on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
