Phil will be missed by so many people. Including me, Dee. He was so much like my son in many ways. I enjoyed being around him as he

My heart aches for Phil's mom. Phil was a great person. I never heard anyone say anything bad about him. I known Phil since he was a kid and I always enjoyed being with him! God bless you brother!
