Phillip was born March 6, 1938 in Charlotte, North Carolina, to the late William and Nesbit (Graham) Eaves.
Phillip leaves behind his three children Cheryl Pierce, Lorri Stamps, and Phillip Eaves II. Along with his parents Phillip was predeceased by the love of his life Elizabeth Eaves.

My dad would always take me with him when he would build houses and I had alot of fun. I got really excited when dad would stop at the gas station and I could get those large 99 cent drinks.
