Phillip Reid Lewis

I was sad to hear of Phil's (I knew him as Burger) passing. We were in high school together, but he was several years my senior. He was, in fact, a character. I was surprised that he became a barber. I remember another barber in Leesville, fresh out of barber school, that made a mess of my hair. My mother told me to go back and have him fix it, but I told her I didn't believe he could. Instead, I went to Billy's and had Phil do his best, and he actually made the "mess" look halfway decent. He was a young rascal, but I'm happy he turned out so well, and am sorry to read of his death.
