Phillip (Phil) Anthony Lyles departed this life on Monday, January 20, 2014, in the care of Montgomery Hospice. Phil was born on November 9, 1964, in Frederick County. He was the son of George W. Lyles and Margaret (Shugg) L. Lyles of Damascus, MD. He attended school in Montgomery County, MD. Phil leaves to mourn yet to cherish his memories, his devoted wife; Delilah Jarrell Lyles. He is survived by two sons and two daughters, one brother; Jerry Lyles of Germantown, MD, two sisters; Wanda Ricks and Sharon Ellison of Germantown, MD, three uncles; Bishop Merle Lyles, George Campbell, Jr. and James Campbell, four aunts; Norma Lyles, Louise Nickens, Mary Lyles and Doris Howard, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He also leaves to mourn a devoted Aunt, Josephine (Jackie) Lyles. He was predeceased by his first wife Teresa Lyles and his son Fila Lyles.
