My deepest condolences go out to everyone in the Mitchell Family - I always admired how devoted he was to his Wife, his Boys & all of his Family & Friends- I was so lucky to grow up across the street from the Mitchell's, to have him as another positive role model in my life - I learned many valuable lessons from Phil - My Respect for him is Tremendous! - I will always honor his Memory!
