Becky,
I just found out a week ago that Phil had passed, I'm so sorry you lost your dad. I had left messages but did not hear anything. Your dad sure loved living in Florida. old antique cars, and reminiscing about growing up. He was a really good person, and a hard worker for the Indiana State Government and then for FEMA. He will be greatly missed by family and friends. You and your family have my deepest sympathy.

Becky,
I just heard of your dad's passing. I am so sorry. I had wondered why I hadn't heard from him in so long. Hopefully he's at peace now. I had left messages on his phone several times. God bless you and your siblings.

I'm so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. I work in the Floodplain Management Section of the DNR. I started back in 1997 right before the huge flood of the Ohio River. So we had some interesting times working alongside Phil! My co-workers and I enjoyed Phil so very much. He always made us laugh and we could count on his expertise. Praying God's comfort, peace, and fond memories be with you.
