Philbilly is a special person. A selfless soul. His mission was making others comfortable. Making others happy. I always loved seeing him because I knew he would lift my spirits, make everything seem ok. He was a bright light whose flame will burn internally. Thank you Philbilly. Entertain the angels my friend.

Phil was a great cop and even a better partner. He mentored me throughout my career and believed in me when I shared my goals with him. We all have an Angel watching over us. Thank you Phil for all that you have done for me and everything you have ever taught me. Until we meet again, love you brother.

God took you too soon, you were like a brother to me growing up, have such fond memories of you. Go rest hiigh on that mountain, till we meet again.

Phil was one of my dearest friends since 1982. The only person I know who would drive 40 miles in a raging blizzard to help a friend bury their dog. He was my singing partner and my roadie. P.S I love you! I pray your soul is at rest. Till we meet again on the other side. I am going to miss the hell out of you.

We hope it comforts you to know that your grief is shared by all of us who knew your dad. He was a wonderful man and he will be sorely missed

Phil would lite up a room when he entered. Made everyone feel special. Had many good laughs with him. He loved his music and loved shooting pool. Phil was a true gentlemen. He loved h8is family , especially his grandson. When he spoke of the little guy you just knew how proud and the love he had for him. Phil will truly be missed by many. Rest in peace Phil
