Leroy was a co-worker with Phil at G.E. and BAE and enjoyed working with him. He was a good guy and he will be missed by many. Our Sympathy and Prayers to the family now and in the days to come.

I worked with Phil at GE. we were union representatives together.I became the BA at IUE Local 901 and eventual S/T of The IUE-AFL-CIO. Phil was always a strong supporter of his fellow workers and represented them very well. He will be missed by all.

Another Angel called home! I will forever remember the laughs we all had just hanging around. My favorite is when Stack would remind all of us how he didn't have to do anything anymore. He could do anything whenever he wanted since retired and too bad for us still working. May your family find comfort in the days ahead. Prayers of peace to you all.

So very sorry to about Phil's passing. I took care of his mom thru home instead for a period of time. Was a pleasure to get to know some of the family members. My thoughts and prayers are thinking about the family during this time.

My big Brother Stack, the world has lost a keeper. We had some of the best times together.
You and Aug taught me how to be a good Union leader. Hopefully you did a good job! Your were a class act Our Brother! Never knew a stranger, but if you did, don't mess with my friends! I love you Stack, will miss you, will see you in the future!
