Phillip Carl Staley

Phil was such a special classmate. He was a quiet, intelligent, kind soul. I appreciate so much that he organized getting our classmates back together for our annual class dinner & our attendance at our alumni banquet. I still have the beautiful chip-dip set he gave us for
our wedding. I always have and always will remember his special spirit when I see it. Love & blessings to his sweet wife & family.
