I went to school with Phillip from the 1st grade on at Mortonsville. Phillip was a man when we were boys! Strong as an ox! Was the one you wanted on your side in any ruff situation! As we ran into each other in our later years, Phillip would always give a testimony of Jesus being his Lord and Savior and his Love of God! I and another friend thought we had time to come visit him, but God knew Phillip was tired and it was time for the old Mortonsville Eagle to fly high to the Heavens! R.I. P my old friend! Floyd Raglin
