Phillip Baxter Watts

Phil was a GA for me at the UoM Sports Medicine Center. He was an instant hit with everyone. We would look forward to hitting Mexican restaurants every year at ACSM until he could no longer travel. I watched his final lecture via Zoom and was unaware of how restrictive his pulmonary condition had become. Not having a response to my most recent email, I feared for the worst. Phil was an "all-around great and genuine guy." He will be missed by all who knew him.
