Phyllis was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Doug Betts, and a loving mother to her two children, John Betts and Lori Betts. She was also a proud grandmother to five grandchildren, each of whom held a special place in her heart. Her family was her greatest joy and her fiercest commitment.
Strong and resilient, Phyllis faced life with determination and courage. She was fiercely protective of those she loved and deeply intelligent, with a sharp mind and a wisdom shaped by lived experience. Her presence commanded respect, and her words carried meaning. Though she could be gentle and nurturing, she was never small she was a woman of conviction, strength, and unwavering resolve.
Phyllis lived her life grounded in faith, love, and perseverance. On January 13, 2026, she peacefully went to be with the Lord, leaving behind a powerful legacy of strength, devotion, and unconditional love.
She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Her spirit lives on through her family, her values, and the countless ways she shaped the lives of those who were blessed to know her.
