Phyllis Daisy Cooper

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Phyllis Daisy Cooper, 73, who died on December 18, 2025, in Titusville, FL, following a brief illness. Born on April 29, 1952, to Patrick and Bernice Rooney, Phyllis was raised and educated in Portsmouth. In 1981, she married Bruce Lynn Cooper Sr., and together they shared 44 years of marriage, making their home in Titusville, FL. Phyllis dedicated her career to various roles within the medical field. Outside of work, she was a talented artisan who found great joy in jewelry making and ceramics. She was predeceased by her parents and her siblings: Francis, Mildred, Elizabeth, Robert, and John.

Her children: Timothy, Bruce, and Stacy, all of Florida.

Her siblings: Michael J. Rooney (NC); William and Linda Rooney (FL); Patricia Eittson (FL); Sherry Goodman (CO); and Linda and Duane Dalke (FL).

A legacy of family: Fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
