(nee Smith) On October 22, 2025, of Mantua. Age 59. Beloved wife of Kenneth. Devoted mother of Kenneth Derolf, Chelsea Budd (Jay), Jack Derolf, and Isabelle Derolf. Loving grandmother of Reese and Kylie. Loved by many siblings, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers or other acts of sympathy, donations in Phyllis's memory may be made to MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper.
A Life Celebration honoring and remembering Phyllis's life will be held at a later date.

I became a customer of Phyllis back in the 1990s. It wasn´t long before we became friends. I looked forward to our monthly appointments where we talked about recipes, but mostly about family. I remember when Jack and Isabelle were born and the purchase of your house. She loved you all so very much. I admired her tenacity throughout her valiant battle. We talked a lot about her cancer. She always came into her business looking beautiful no matter how bad she was feeling. Her passing has left me truly heartbroken. I´ll miss dearly my friend.

I became a customer of Phyllis around 2007. I always looked forward to seeing her. She was a really nice person and a lot of fun - and a hard worker. What she was able to accomplish through it all, with a smile, was so impressive. I am really going to miss her. My condolences to all of her family and friends. She leaves a wonderful legacy.
