Phyllis was born on October 21, 1960 and passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016. Phyllis was a resident of Locust Grove, Oklahoma at the time of her passing. Phyllis graduated with the Pryor High School class of 1978. She was married to James Of Locust Grove. The family will receive friends at the Locust Grove Funeral Home on Friday, November 25, 2016, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. A Pirate Celebration of Life will be held 1:00 P.M., Saturday, November 26, 2016, at the Pirate Arena in Locust Grove, Oklahoma. The family request that all those attending, please wear their Pirate gear in honor of Phyllis. Brother Shawn Bates and Reverend Jeff Blair will officiate. Interment will follow at the Hogan Cemetery in Locust Grove. Funeral services have been entrusted to the Locust Grove Funeral Home.
