Phyllis Schardt Fultz Obituary
She was preceded in death by her husband, Orin Fultz. She is survived by daughters, Margaret Fultz and Betty Fultz Mattingly (Michael); and grandson, Michael Mattingly (Michelle).
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 23, 2024 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm. The funeral service will be Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 10:00am. Both at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, Ky.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude’s.
