Phyllis L Gomez

I didn't know Phyllis well but met her through Casa Adobes Congregational UCC Church that we both attended. She and her friend Jackie Ford where two of the first to step forward when another church member and I started a group concerned about children and the Border issues. Phyllis would bring Jackie to the meetings and to church. I always admired her dedication to her friend and her strong positive presence. I consider it a privilege to have known her even though our contact was limited. Some people are just a blessing for being there and I saw Phyllis in that way.
