Phyllis Jean (Kellough) Gragg 88 of Knockemstiff died Monday, January 26, 2026, at her home. She was born November 9, 1937, in Ross County, Ohio to the late Robert and Bertha (Williamson) Kellough. Her husband of 47 years Billy Franklin Gragg, passed from this life February 16, 2005. In addition to her parents and husband Phyllis was preceded in death by her son Rodney Gragg; sisters Beatrice Phipps, Anna Davis and Marcella Shoemaker; infant brother Everett and brother Willard Kellough.
She is survived by her son Marty (Sue) Gragg; daughter-in-law Dawna Gragg; 13 grandchildren including Sasha (Jason) Cooper and John Gragg; several great grandchildren; sisters Carolyn Miller and Linda (Gary) Cockrell; brothers Robert (Sharon) Kellough and Keith Kellough and numerous nieces and nephews.
A brief service will be held 11 am Saturday, January 31, 2026, at the Smith-Moore-Ebright Funeral Home with Rev. Rich Cottrill officiating. Phyllis will be laid to rest beside her husband Billy in the Twin Township Cemetery.
