Phyllis Roy Hollifield

Phyllis Roy Hollifield, 84, a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother went to be with the Lord on February 26, 2026. Born on Easter Sunday, April 13, 1941, she was a long-time resident of Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated from Norwood High School, but spent most of her adult life in Deer Park. She worked for 37 years at Steelcraft in Blue Ash, and was an active member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, singing in the choir, ringing handbells, and teaching 5th grade Sunday School. In 2003, she retired to Riverview, Florida where she was an active member at First Baptist Church of Brandon. In 2020, she moved to Spring Hill, Florida.

She is survived by her son William (Mitch) Hollifield and wife Lori of Byrdstown, TN; daughter Martha Threadgill and husband Ron of Spring Hill, FL; granddaughter Erin Persinger and husband Brent of Lexington, KY; grandson Christopher Hollifield of Sylvania, AL; granddaughter Lauren Duvall and husband Justin of Albany, KY; grandson Justin Threadgill and wife Kerstin of Tyler, TX, and grandson Jake Threadgill of Spring Hill, FL. She was also blessed by 6 great-grandchildren: Matthew, Ava, and Allie Jo Persinger, Tucker and Layton Ruth Duvall, and Skylar Hollifield; and many others: nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, her brother and sister, and many other loved ones.
