Pittsfield - Phyllis 'Jeanne' Howard, age 84, of Pittsfield, Ill., passed away Dec. 15, 2025. Funeral service 11 a.m., Tues., Dec. 23, 2025, Niebur Funeral Home, Pittsfield. Visitation prior, 10 to 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Green Pond Cemetery, Pearl, Ill.
