Phyllis Nancy Hunt

On January 12th, Phyllis Nancy Hunt, nee Krupicka, passed away peacefully. The Lord granted her wish to be reunited with her husband of sixty-three years, Ken. She was born on June 26, 1933 in Vancouver Washington to Phillip and Marageret Krupicka.

She is predeceased by her eldest son, Dan (Patricia). She leaves to cherish her memory, sons Bill and Jim (Dana), grandchildren Jennifer (Steve) and Mira, great-grandchildren Stephen and Addison, and sister Celine (Dick) of Kennewick Washington, as well as a host of other relatives.

As a child she was an active 4-H Club member. As an adult, she was a homemaker, raising her three sons while Ken served in the Navy. In her spare time was quite the baker and seamstress. She was also heavily involved in the Navy Wives Club of America, serving as President of Tidewater 190 and National Treasurer. In her later years, she and Ken were very involved with Ascension Catholic Church of Virginia Beach. In her final years, she resided at Cedar Manor with her cat, Pearl. She will be greatly missed by friends and family alike.
