Dear Jones Family,

This is Armando Milioni-your former Northwestern "foster son" from 1983 to 1987.

My wife Priscila and our daughters, Daniela and Ana Luiza, are all devastated by the news of Mrs. Jones´s passing. She meant so much to us, and the kindness and care she gave our family have never been forgotten.

In fact, when Daniela arrived in the U.S. in 1983 at the age of two, she truly believed that the English word for "grandmother" was "Mrs. Jones."
