Phyllis A. Kutz

1937 - 2025

Delavan, WI - Phyllis A. Kutz, age 87 years, lifelong resident of Delavan, WI went into the saving arms of Jesus Christ Tuesday November 4,2025. Phyllis was born on December 31, 1937, to the late John David and Alice (Krueger) Lyons in Town of Geneva, WI. Phyllis graduated from Delavan Darien High school Class of 1955 where she remained in contact annually with graduating class members until the time of her passing. She worked at Oak Industries, ECM, Housing Authority and Little Learners Children's Daycare before total retirement. An active member of Christian Life Church for over 35 years under Pastors Dave & Marcia Hawley, Pastors Justin & Sarah Reese. Those who knew her will always remember and miss a Phyllis hug and her famous saying "I'm doing supernatural, naturally through Christ of course." Phyllis, a woman full of faith and willing to share Jesus with all and loved serving the Lord in many different ministries. She is survived by her Two Daughters Jackie (Agustin) Huerta, JoAnn (Art) Delgado. Grandchildren: Agustine (Fairann) Huerta (Austin, Gunnar), Jennifer (Justin) Moronez (Lukas, Sophia), Phillip (Nicole) Huerta (Axel), John (Sarah) Delgado (Lexi, Morgan, Kobe, Cadence, Faith), Veronica Delgado, Derek Delgado (Camden), Daniel (Kaela) Delgado (Levi, Kamryn, Eastyn), Sister-in-Law Ruth Ann Kurth. Grand-dogs and Grand-cats, and Grand-Lizard-especially, Her Levi, with the Grandma Kisses. Preceded in death by her Parents, Husband Jack Edward Matzke, son Jimmy, Aunt and Uncle Elwood and Eleanor Eichman. Private interment Spring Grove Cemetery, with her family.
