Dear McCarter family, we at SAEC just learned of Phyllis' passing. We are sorry for your loss. We are grateful to your parents and the others who formed a group for social activities and support that we are endeavoring to keep going today. Sincerely, Paul & Nancy Smith

My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Phyllis and her husband were a tremendous testimony of love and devotion to family, exhibited especially in her parenting and kindness. We remember her fondly. Dr. Karen Carlton and Sonya, her assistant.
