A private interment was held at New Montefiore Cemetery in West Babylon, New York on Sunday, October 19, 2025.

Phyllis Lee Pulaski was born February 21, 1935 to Ike and Rose Pulaski in Brooklyn, New York, where she became and thrived as a RN.
Phyllis was united in marriage to Rudi Munitz in 1964. They built a life in Potomac, Maryland before retiring to Savannah, Georgia, where they spent many happy years.
Phyllis loved all things crafts and leaves behind incredible paintings, needlework, and other treasures.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Elissa (Lonnie) Lett of Grinnell Iowa; grandsons, Samuel Lett of St. Pete, Florida and Aaron Lett of Grinnell, IA; her nephews; and her cousins. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, and other loved ones.
